What is your turnaround time?
We do our best to fulfill and ship orders out within 7-10 business days, sometimes sooner if in stock. Please note that turnaround time may be longer during holidays and can also depend on current production schedule.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us directly via email at StoweCreekWoodworks@gmail.com
Do you offer local pick up, delivery or meet up?
Yes, local pick up, delivery or meet up is available (depending on size of product). Please select the local pick-up option at checkout. An email with instructions for pick-up, delivery or meet up will be emailed to you when your order is ready.
